What Do Migraines Tell You?

According to The Migraine Research Foundation, it is estimated that migraine headaches plague 38 million women, men and children in America each year, rendering them unable to function normally in their daily lives on a regular basis. Migraine-like symptoms are not to be taken lightly and should be checked by a physician. Once diagnoses such as stroke or other more severe neurological conditions are ruled out, it is appropriate to be looking deeper into the system to determine what clues your body is giving you to optimize your health. The problem: The jaw and/or neck being tight can create a package of tension. This tension blocks flow of energy and blood between the head and the body, creating stagnation, which can then lead to all kinds of head pain ranging from migraines to sinus pain.
