Dr. Markus Wettstein, MD, is seeing you as an endocrinologist in Grand Junction, Colorado. He has over 30 years of experience in the medical field. Dr. Wettstein is specializing in thyroid disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, adrenal and sex hormones, including pituitary gland issues. He graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in 1990. He received his fellowship training in endocrinology from the University of Connecticut. After his private practice in Hartford, he joined St. Mary's Regional Hospital and then Community Hospital in Grand Junction until 2025.

In addition to providing excellence in care as an endocrinologist, Dr. Wettstein also enjoys empowering people to explore the energetic aspects of their being. This is exemplified his writing as a co-author. He has written his story and commented on other authors in the ‘all things wellness’ series with Coach Peggy Willms.

When Dr. Wettstein is not serving his patients, he enjoys the outdoors. Camping, hiking, and mountain biking are his favorite. But he also learned to enjoy household work!
