Since joining the Healing Horizons team in May 2024, she has enjoyed being part of a collaborative practice where every patient is valued, heard, and supported with personalized care. She finds it incredibly rewarding to build relationships with patients and watch them make progress on their healing journey while working alongside a compassionate and knowledgeable team. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the Grand Valley trails with her dog, gardening, and collecting unique cobalt blue glass bottles and vases.
Nikki Heathcote

Nikki has been a valued member of the Healing Horizons team since July 2025. Whether she's welcoming patients at the front desk or helping behind the scenes keeping the clinic running smoothly, she enjoys being part of a team dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient. Outside of work, you might catch her leaping across the stage with Dr. Schulte or zipping by on her roller skates, always bringing the same energy and enthusiasm she shares at the clinic.
Esme Contreras
Patient Care Coordinator
Esme joined Healing Horizons in January 2026 and serves as the friendly face at the front desk while supporting the clinic's daily operations. In addition to patient care and administrative responsibilities, she manages the practice's social media and creates graphic design content. With a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, she enjoys combining creativity and problem-solving, and spends her free time creating art.
