Actions and Indications: For the treatment of irregular menstruation due to stagnation of Qi and blood, dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, postpartum tormina,
with function of promoting the circulation of Qi and blood, regulating menstruation and relieving pain.
Lovage is used as "irrigation therapy" for inflammation of the lower urinary tract, for prevention of kidney gravel, and as a diuretic for urinary tract infections or pedal edema. For the treatment of stagnation of Qi and blood in the Liver channel, chest and abdominal pain, or blockage of the Heart channel, with the actions of promoting the circulation of Qi and blood and relieving pain.
Contraindications: Patients with menorrhagia and headache caused by excessive fire due to yin deficiency, avoid in pregnancy.
